Workout Rec
Workout Rec is an Android app for logging gym workouts into a Google Sheets spreadsheet in your own Google account. There is no Workout Rec server: your data lives only in your Google Drive and on your phone.
What it does
- Creates a spreadsheet named
workout_rec_database_in your Google Drive with the tabs log, drills, rec, money, workout and balance. - Attaches a small Apps Script to that spreadsheet, which fills in dates as you log, adds a daily summary of your workouts, and keeps your workout balance up to date.
